Tim, it would be good to hear about how ALs work at a Pathfinder camp sometime. We don't have any and some of the team have suggested we thing of getting some slaves in.

I'd like to think our AL's didn't feel like slaves.
Worse maybe as we ask them to pay for the pain! ;)
I'd be very happy to share our experience (we done it for 2 years now under the hard working and very excellent hands of Dave Thomas). We still have much to learn to make it work in the best way possible.
